1- SPONSOR. The TopLift Pros® Annual Fall-to-the-Holidays Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by TopLift Pros® (“Sponsor”).

2- GIVEAWAY PERIOD. The Giveaway begins on September 28, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3- ELIGIBILITY. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members or household members of TopLift Pros® and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and other parties directly involved in administering the Giveaway may be excluded from participation.

4- VEHICLE OWNERSHIP. REQUIREMENT. To be eligible to win, an entrant must own an eligible vehicle equipped with a hardtop. Eligible vehicles are:
● Jeep® Wrangler with a factory or compatible hardtop;
● Ford Bronco® model year 2021 or newer, equipped with a hardtop; or
● Jeep® Gladiator with a factory or compatible hardtop.

The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide reasonable proof of ownership and vehicle eligibility before a prize is awarded. Acceptable proof may include a current vehicle registration, title, insurance documentation, or other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject an entry or potential winner if the submitted documentation does not reasonably establish ownership and vehicle eligibility.

5- HOW TO ENTER. There is no purchase necessary to enter. During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the following:
Step 1 — Join the TopLift Pros®: Email List Submit a valid email address through the official Giveaway entry form and consent to receive TopLift Pros® marketing emails.
Step 2 — Follow TopLift Pros®: Follow the official TopLift Pros® account on the applicable social-media platform(s) designated on the Giveaway entry page.
Step 3 — Earn Additional Entries by Mentioning the Giveaway: Participants may earn additional entries by mentioning/tagging friends or other eligible social-media users in connection with the Giveaway, as instructed by Sponsor.

A maximum of one qualifying mention per participant per calendar day will count as an additional entry. Each qualifying daily mention must be genuine and comply with the applicable social-media platform’s rules. Spam, automated activity, fake accounts, duplicate submissions, fraudulent activity, or attempts to obtain entries through unauthorized methods may result in disqualification.

6- ENTRY LIMIT. Each eligible participant may receive the initial entry for completing the required entry form and may earn additional entries through qualifying daily mentions, subject to the one-mention-per-day limit. Only entries received during the Giveaway Period will be counted. The Sponsor’s computer or entry-record system will be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

7- PRIZES. The Giveaway will award the following prizes:
One (1) Venture Pro® hardtop removal and storage tool with an approximate retail value of $999.99, and
One (1) Gladiator Pro® hardtop removal and storage tool with an approximate retail value of $999.99.

There will be two (2) potential winners, with one prize awarded to each winner. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,999.98. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8- DRAWING AND ODDS. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 25, 2026. Winners may be announced or contacted through the Sponsor’s social-media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and via email. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 10 days of the Sponsor’s first attempted notification, fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, fails to provide required documentation, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

9- VERIFICATION OF WINNER. Before a prize is awarded, each potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. The potential winner may also be required to provide proof of age, residency, identity, and eligible vehicle ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

10- TAXES. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide information necessary for applicable tax reporting.

11- GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

12- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TopLift Pros®, its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and other parties involved in the administration of the Giveaway from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, except where prohibited by law.

13- PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, and/or winning entry for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social-media platform used to promote or administer the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release the applicable social-media platforms from any liability related to the Giveaway.

15- PRIVACY AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be handled in accordance with TopLift Pros®’s Privacy Policy. By submitting an email address, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from TopLift Pros® in accordance with the applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

17- GOVERNING LAW. The Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Sponsor’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by law.
