TopLift Pros, LLC offers a layaway program that allows customers to reserve and pay for their hardtop removal & storage tool over time, with no credit check and 0% interest. Your order is reserved once your first payment is processed, and your product ships as soon as your balance is paid in full.

By selecting a layaway plan at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

The following layaway plans are currently available. All plans are billed monthly, with the first payment due at checkout.

All payments are equal installments of the product's full retail price. There are no hidden fees, no interest charges, and no credit check required.

HOW IT WORKS

Select your product and choose the Layaway option at checkout.
Your first installment is charged immediately upon placing your order.
Subsequent payments are automatically charged to your saved payment method on the same date each month (e.g., if you start on the 5th, future payments are processed on the 5th of each following month).
Your product is reserved exclusively for you throughout your layaway period.
Once your final payment is successfully processed, your order is prepared and shipped within our standard fulfillment timeframe.

*Important: Your product will not ship until balance has been paid in full. Partial payments do not trigger shipment.

PAYMENT & BILLING

Layaway payments are automatically processed each month via the payment method provided at checkout. Please ensure your payment information remains current and valid throughout your layaway period.

If a payment fails to process, the following will occur:

You will be notified by email of the failed charge.
A retry will be attempted after.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

All layaway orders are final. Once a layaway plan is initiated, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This policy exists because your product is reserved exclusively for you from the moment your first payment is processed, which means it is removed from available inventory.
