TopLift ProsV1 (not compatible with TopLift ProV2.0)

Great product! Makes taking the top off our Jeep possible and much more frequent since it is so much easier. We have the motorized version and my husband accidentally jammed one of the pieces into the teeth and bent it way out of shape. TopLift Pros sent me all of the replacement parts and then FaceTimed me to help me take the old parts off and put the new ones on. Evan spent 2 hours helping me and it is all fixed! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievably helpful. Definitely could not have done it without him! Product is excellent but the customer service is even better. They are ALWAYS there to help solve any problems or difficulties and do so in a very thorough way. Customer service is one of the most important elements in a product; especially with something so large and mechanical. TopLift Pros is for sure one of the best!

Awesome product! More expensive than other options out there for sure, but certainly worth it! I can now remove the top from my Jeep by myself, and the process only takes me about 10 minutes from start to finish. Putting the lift together wasn't the easiest process, but if I can do it, anyone can! Highly recommended!

I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler 4 door and this has made it so much easier to remove and put back on the heavy top to my Jeep. One person can easily use it and assembly was easy. The only downfall is I had to look up the instructions and read them on my phone. That is nice for the environment to not have the paper but inconvenient to read, maybe a video option?

Product works as described. Assembly instructions clarity came in around 98%. Some confusion created over what hardware parts to use or not use caused a hitch, however, this to was overcome. Can remove my two door Bronco rear roof shell without assistance.
